APGCL Recruitment Details Full Details

1. Deputy General Manager (Audit)

No of Posts: 01 Post

Scale of Pay: Rs. 42,0001 to Rs. 1,16,0001, GP: Rs. 17,400.00

Educational Qualification: Must hold a degree from an accredited university and be a certified public accountant or cost accountant from an accredited institution. He or she must also have at least three years of post-graduate experience in financial and accounting work and a total of six years in leadership roles in reputable large organisations or in the public sector, either in the federal or state government. Candidates must be able to take independent charge of accounts.

Age: as of January 1, 2023, not less than 21 (twenty-one) years and not more than 45 (thirty-five) years. For the position of Deputy General Manager (Audit), the maximum age is lowered to 52 (fifty-two) years for candidates with extensive expertise.

2. Assistant Manager APGCL Recruitment

  • Assistant Manager (Electrical)= 06 Nos
  • Assistant Manager (Human Resource)= 02 Nos.

Scale of Pay: Rs 37,300.00- 1,12,000.00, GP: Rs 14,200.00

Educational Qualification:

  • For the post of Assistant Manager (Electrical):
    • Entire time Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degrees in electrical engineering or electrical and electronics engineering must be earned from a university or institution that has received approval from the All India Council for Technical Education (AICIE), and the programme’s length must be at least 4 years after completing HSSLC or an equivalent exam, 3 years after completing a full-time engineering diploma course at a government-recognised or AICTE-approved polytechnic, or 2 years 
    • For the mentioned position, a qualifying B.E./B.Tech grade of at least 60% is required. Nonetheless, SC/ST candidates must receive at least 50% in the bachelor’s degree qualifying test.
    • When a qualifying exam for MBA/pGDM courses awards a CGPA, OGPA, GPA, or letter grade, the candidates must declare an equivalent percentage of marks in the online application form in accordance with the standards established by the university or institute. The candidate will be required to present a copy of these regulations with regard to his or her university or institute while completing the online application. If no standards have been established, the CGPA, OGPA, and GPA will be multiplied by 10 and the aggregate will be reduced by 5.
  • For the post of Assistant Manager (Human Resource) :
    • A Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a concentration in (Human Resource Management/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations) earned in 02 (Two) years of full-time study from any Indian university or institution recognised by the AICTE or UGC.
    • For the aforementioned position, a qualifying score of at least 60% on the MBA or PGDM test is needed. Nevertheless, SC & ST students must receive at least 55% in their MBA/PGDM degree qualifying test.

Age: As of January 1, 2023, the candidates should not be younger than 21 (twenty-one) or older than 38 (thirty-eight). The government’s rule governs the upper age relaxation.

3. Junior Manager APGCL Recruitment

  • Junior Manager (Electrical) = 10 Nos,
  • Junior Manager (Mechanical) = 10 Nos.
  • Junior Manager (IT) = 05 Nos
  • Junior Manager (instrumentation) = 05 Nos

Scale of Pay: Rs 25,000.00- 92,000.00, GP: Rs 12,100.00

Educational Qualification: For the position of Junior Manager, candidates must be enrolled full-time in an engineering diploma programme at a polytechnic or institution that is recognised by the government, recognised by the government, or approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The program’s length must be at least 3 years after HSLC or an equivalent, or 2 years of base coursework followed by 2 years of the diploma. For the mentioned position, candidates must have received a minimum of 60% in their qualifying examination for a diploma in engineering. For SC & ST candidates, their qualifying examination for a full-time diploma must have received a minimum of 50%.

  • For Junior Manager (Electrical): Full time Diploma in (Electrical Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering).
  • For Junior Manager (Mechanical): Full time 3(three) years diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • For Junior Manager (lT): Full time 3(three) years diploma in Computer Science & Engineering/information Technology/Computer Technology.
  • For Junior Manager (instrumentation): Full time 3(three) years diploma in instrumentation Engineering.

Age: The candidates should not be less than 21 (Twenty-One) years of age and not more than 38 (Thirty-Eight) years of age as on 01/01/2023. The upper age relaxation is as per Govt. rule.
